WASHINGTON -- The primaries now completed, the National Republican Congressional Committee has begun the process of taking on U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester), issuing a memo tying the Democrat to Washington, D.C.
“Bradley will face sitting Rep. Carol Shea-Porter, who has spent her two short years in Congress establishing herself as wildly out of touch with the people of her district, much to their discontent,” the committee wrote.
“Shea-Porter has been a loyal foot soldier for the do-nothing Democrat leadership as they continue their assault on good government. Shea-Porter has assembled a laundry list of failures, including her refusal to support lower energy prices and American energy independence, delivering a payback to big labor by repeatedly voting against workers’ rights, and fiercely opposing Second Amendment rights.”

Porter as "independent" doesn't fly
Porter said she'd be an independent voice in DC and like Hodes, has proven just the opposite.
She has sided with Pelosi 99% of the time.
The Pelosi Congress has about a 9% approval rating.
The only claim to fame for Porter is she rallied behind Real ID opposition. But the biggest hypocrisy is shown by her support for universal health care which would erase any semblance of privacy.
Those who made a hero of her for Real ID need to think twice about voting for her again.
